The goal of the Level 1 Foundations Certifications is to educate aspiring and active Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors on how to utilize the Strive Method to coach both one on one & group classes. Learn and leverage a training philosophy and coaching system that is tried, tested and proven to become a confident Certified Fitness Coach. This course will provide you with the necessary theory and practical tools on the fundamentals, through an intensive, accelerated, interactive and learn by doing approach in order to immediately and confidently apply the Strive Method. This is a dual Certification and upon successful completion you will be a Certified Fitness Professional as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor and will be eligible to acquire liability insurance. Level 1 Foundations is valid and recognized to acquire insurance in Canada and USA.
This Certification format is Online Learning Education with a Practical Coaching Workshop (2hrs) Online Virtually.
Online Education Modules are Released 6 Days Prior to the Practical Coaching Workshop.
You will be required to complete all Online Education Modules (videos, articles, test) before your Practical Coaching Workshop.
You will be required to attend & participate in a 2 Hour Online Practical Coaching Workshop (Live coaching scenarios, 1 on 1 Coaching, Group Coaching, Movement Education, Demonstration, Instruction and applying the Strive Method in real time, Practical Application Exercise at the end)
